In 2018, Ms. Rubin moved her primary workplace to her home in rural, Western Loudoun County, but continues to meet with clients in Leesburg and elsewhere on an appointment only basis.
Ms. Rubin attended the George Mason University School of Law, earning her JD in 1992 with internships at Legal Aid, government offices, and private firms. In 1993, Ms. Rubin established her law office in Leesburg and has engaged in the private practice of law ever since.
Annette Rubin was born in Washington, D.C. and grew up in Annandale, Virginia. After attending Falls Church High School, she worked her way through college with a variety of jobs in the private and public sectors and received her Bachelors Degree from George Mason University in 1989.
Volunteer activities include mentoring for the Leadership in the Law Camp sponsored by the Loudoun County Bar Foundation, and serving as a Moot Court Judge for GMUSL competitions.
